Für unsere Filiale in Basel der Bâle suchen wir eine/n Kundenberater/in mit Erfahrung im Bereich Finanzierung (Hypothekargeschäft).

Ihre Hauptaufgaben werden folgende sein:

- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung eines Kundenportfolios mit einer professionellen, vertrauenswürdigen und breitflächigen Kundenerfahrung;
- Sicherstellung der Rentabilität, Risiken und Qualität sowie die Beziehungen mit den Kunden;
- Akquisition von Neukunden
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Filialen und Online-Filialen unserer Bank;
- Besichtigungen von Liegenschaften zusammen mit einem Immobilienexperte
- Positives fördern des Images der, entwickeln und aktives pflegen der Beziehungen mit Geschäftspartnern und anderen Institutionen in der Region;
- Sicherstellen der kommerziellen Ambitionen: Kundenakquisitionen, Hypothekarkredite, Anlagen und Versicherungen;
- Einwandfreies gestalten von Risikomanagement und Compliance;
- Beachten und einhalten von Richtlinien, interner Prozesse und Sorgfaltspflichtvereinbarungen;
- Stetiges aneignen von neuem Wissen, um ein hohes Niveau der Beratungen sicherzustellen

Profil recherché

3-5 jährige Erfahrung als Kundenberater/in mit vertieftem Wissen im Fachbereich Finanzieren (Hypotheken)Fliessende Deutsch
- sowie Französischkenntnisse

Solide Kenntnisse von Hypotheken, Anlagen, Versicherungen, Steuern, Vorsorge, Ehe
- und Erbrecht

Starke Dienstleistungs-,Vertriebs
- und Kundenorientierung mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Dynamische, belastbare und verkaufsorientierte Persönlichkeit

**Conditions d’emploi et avantages,**
