Nous accompagnons une centaine de conseils d'administration, dirigeants et responsable RH en Suisse et à l'international sur des recrutements clés pour l'évolution et le développement de leur structure. Derrière cette annonce, il y a une entreprise qui est à la recherche de vos connaissances et de vos capacités. À la fin du processus de recrutement, elle vous proposera un contrat CDI avec un objectif à long terme (nous ne faisons pas de consulting).

Notre objectif en tant qu'agence de recrutement spécialisée est de vous fournir un maximum d'éléments afin de pouvoir ensemble et en toute confidentialité, définir si ce poste est le bon prochain challenge pour vous. À ce stade, nous pouvons vous dire que l'entreprise, basée dans le canton de Neuchâtel, fabrique des machines industrielles de pointe qui sont vendues dans le monde entier. Elle compte plusieurs centaines d'employés en Suisse romande et son objectif est de trouver un responsable automation pour la gestion d'une équipe de spécialistes (14 ingénieurs et techniciens) en lien avec les opérations à l'international (20-30% de déplacement).

Le challenge de ce poste en une phrase:
Développer l'efficacité de l'équipe en lien avec les opérations client sur le terrain et dans le bureau technique, pour ce qui concerne les systèmes automation PLC des machines.

Les tâches et responsabilités:
Gestion d’une équipe d'ingénieurs et techniciens automation et software et de partenaire externe

Coordination des différentes ressources nécessaires à l’accomplissement des projets et des mises en service

Fonction de référent technique pour la partie opérationnelle

Participation aux réflexions sur les orientations technologiques et sur les futurs développements

Validation des besoins clients et définition des cahiers des charges

Mise en place de processus et de méthodes permettant d’optimiser le fonctionnement de l’équipe

Les attentes de notre client:
Ingénieur informatique industrielle, automation, mécatronique ou électronique

Expérience reconnue dans la gestion d’une équipe ou forte capacité à gérer un groupe

Maîtrise dans la mise en œuvre de système PLC automation ou de software pour l’industrie des machines ou des composants techniques.

Connaissance de plusieurs langages de programmation

Connaissance en vision industrielle = un plus

Maîtrise du français et d’une deuxième langue (allemand ou anglais)

Personnalité engagée, curieuse, organisée, flexible et dotée d’excellentes compétences interpersonnelles
