Beauty Therapist

**Role Purpose/Mission**:
As a Boutique Advisor & Beauty Therapist:

- You will create the most delightful and distinctive experiences for our discerning clients
- Excellence, sophistication, and understated elegance should guide every gesture, word and movement to complete each moment of client's luxury experience in the store and in the retail facial rooms
- You will be responsible for providing excellent advice to our end customers / clients and for selling our luxurious products

**Performance & Sales**:

- Inspire our client through luxurious storytelling, by having a deep knowledge of our brand and collections
- Continuous monitoring of KPIs and target achievement in close exchange with the Boutique Manager
- Ensure that Art of Perfection is offered to every client when at the point of sale, and convert an AOP to purchase

**Clienteling**:

- Understand La Prairie Client segmentation and recognise the brand’s counter's clientele
- Collect quality client data adhering to GDRP regulation
- Ensure the implementation and luxury execution of all the La Prairie CRM Programmes

**Art of Beauty**:

- Ensure that the Art of Beauty Experience is perfectly executed to ensure that the La Prairie Vision and Mission is delivered to the highest professional standard
- Serve every client by following all the Art of Service steps
- Convert each complimentary Art of Beauty to a retail purchase

**Store Operations**:

- Organize and support effectively any in store retail events i.e. AOB event or global events such as Art Basel
- Support Boutique Manager to constantly improve the overall boutique operations
- Effective time management to ensure the delivery of: orders/inventories, reporting, hygiene standards, preparation of event or facial room, booking AOP / AOB or Complexion appointments, client follow up
- Maintain a clean and immaculate point of saleand facial treatment room.
- Ensure that all testers are clean and functional
- Ensure the product, tester display, and treatment trolley / drawers are based on La Prairie’s Visual Merchandising guidelines

**Training & Development**:

- Participate in all the training programmes of our Retail Academy linked to your development path as guided by your training manager
- Participate in regular Coaching sessions with Retail Coach or Education Manager

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- A total of 5-10 years of experience in similar role as Beauty Therapist
- Qualified Beauty Therapist
- Profound experience in the cosmetic environment
- Strong client centric mindset with an experience in establishing and growing client relationships
- Excellent verbal communication
- Entrepreneurship
- High energy level and positive outlook
- Emotionally intelligent
- Remains confident, empathetic and full of positive energy, even in challenging situations
- Friendly and professional presence
- Self-driven, curious and ready to consistently learn and improve

**Languages**:English & German must**, other languages such as French, Italian, Mandarin etc. are good to have
