For our Lugano Branch (TI) we are looking for a **PMO **with strong expertise in IT Digital Banking projects. Leveraging your solid experience in project management and digital banking technology, you will drive efficency, quality and alignment across project teams, achieving bussiness objectives effectively.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks, methodologies, and standards tailored to the unique requirements of digital banking initiatives
- Identify, monitor and track milestones, deliverables and tasks at Program Level
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, business leaders, and project teams, to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and foster effective communication
- Coordinate and manage deliveries coming from the different Projects
- Projects controlling (risk identification / issue tracking and management / reporting...)
- Preparation of dashboards for stakeholders on Plan / Resources / Budget
- Preparation of Program Steering Committees

**Qualifications and Skills**
- At least 5 years of experience in the role of PMO, in the banking or financial sector, preferably in a consulting environment
- Degree in engineering, economics or computer science
- Familiarity of SWIFT Payments - ISO 20022 CBPR+ would be considered a strong plus
- Robust knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project)
- Project planning, controlling and monitoring capabilities
- Editing / reviewing / presenting project / program status report
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Working experience in agile and project management certifications will be considered as a plus
- The data will be processed and stored exclusively for the purposes of this or future selections, in compliance with the Federal Data Protection Law (LPD) and guaranteeing the rights referred to in art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/03 and EU regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) _
