Change Coordinator

Our client, a leading biotechnological company based in the area of Bern is searching for a Change Coordinator to join their team.

Your mission:

- Develop and administer the project change control procedure
- Be the lead contact regarding change management on the project
- To maintain change awareness in project personnel and monitor for change activity
- To co-ordinate with the project area leaders (Operation, Design, Quality, Construction, CQV) to define the extent of the scope changes
- To support order of magnitude (OME) estimates and schedule impacts of potential changes/change requests

Your background:

- Degree in Engineering, Science or Business Management, or equivalent experience
- At least 8 years of experience in large (>100 Mio CHF) projects. Preferable being part of a cross-functional team on large scale projects and global environments
- Experience in Biopharmaceutical facilities, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, preferred
- Fluent in English. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal and influencing skills
