**Fitness Studio Front Desk & Bar Mitarbeiter/in (30-50%)**

Für das weitere Wachstum suchen wir eine/n Studio Front Desk & Bar Mitarbeiter/in, die den Kunden im Studio eine einmalige Erfahrung schaffen, die beste Zeit am Tag. Bist du freundlich, verantwortungsbewusst, organisiert & begeistert von Fitness, (Protein-)Shakes und Bio Kaffee?

Unsere Signature Sessions Run & Lift und REFORMER in unseren beiden Studios in Zürich sind Premium-Erfahrungen, die deinen Körper verändern und dir ermöglichen dein stärkste Version von dir selber zu leben. Unser Motto lautet «create the strongest version of yourself. Workout hard & have fun - for results you can see and feel».

**Aufgaben &Qualifikationen**
- Heisse die Kunden Willkommen (Check-ins) mit einer positiven Ausstrahlung
- Prüfe ob die Kunden eingetragen sind, buche Kunden für die Sessions ein, zeige das Studio (Kundenführung)
- Bereite feine Shakes, Bio Kaffee, Chai zu und manage die Bar
- Back Office-aufgaben vom NOW Angebot (Studio Sessions, Kundenanfragen, Shop (Apparel, Gear), Prots & Coffee Bar), führe Prozesse in Excel, inkl. Management vom Kundensystem Bookee
- Assistiere dem Studio Manager & unterstütze die Trainer, um eine ausserordentliche Erfahrung zu ermöglichen, inkl. Studio Vor
- und Nachbearbeitung
- Hält sich an die NOW Werte (Wachstum, Community, Excellenz), Studiovibe und -prozesse
- Idealerweise Erfahrung am Empfang, Verkauf, Bar/Kaffee oder repräsentativen Aufgaben
- Gewinnende, positive, enthusiastische Persönlichkeit, zuverlässig, professionell, lösungsorientiert und Team-player
- Wohnhaft in oder nahe Zürich

- Aus
- und Weiterbildung in Verkauf, Kundenbetreuung, Erfahrungsgestaltung, Prozessmanagement, Event-Management, Studio Management, Shop und Bar (Shakes, Barista, etc.)
- Arbeitszeiten ca.; Morgens 6.00-9.15, Mittags 11.30-13.30 und Abend 16.30-20.30 Uhr sowie am Wochenende Samstags 8.30-12.30 Uhr
- Als Teilzeitjob geeignet mit Entwicklungspotential (Arbeitspensum, Verantwortung) &
- Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten Studio Management Assistent, Studio Manager
- Mindestens 3-4 Schichten pro Woche (ca. 10-20 Stunden pro Woche)
- Zentraler Arbeitsort (Stockerstrasse, 8002 Zürich)

Unser Onboarding lehrt dich alles, was du über das Studio & Bar Management als Desk Member wissen musst, so dass die NOW Kunden einen hochstehenden Service erfahren.

Gehalt: CHF22.00 - CHF24.00 pro Stunde
