Le poste est rattaché au Département des neurosciences cliniques. Ce département dispense des soins à des patientes et patients de tous âges, enfants et adultes, atteints de pathologies neurochirurgicales, neurologiques, ophtalmologiques et oto-rhino-laryngologiques. La prise en charge est adaptée aux besoins et aux difficultés du patient et de la patiente, des secteurs les plus aigus (Unités de soins intermédiaires) aux secteurs de rééducation (neuro rééducation).

L’objectif du département est d’amener la patientèle vers une récupération de son autonomie par l'enseignement, l'accompagnement et le suivi ambulatoire. Il assure l’opération des patientes et des patients comme leur accompagnement, afin de favoriser un retour à domicile précoce. Dans la même optique, les prises en charge ambulatoires sont également privilégiées et l'activité opératoire optimisée, pour faciliter l'accessibilité aux soins dans un délai raisonnable.

Le Service de neurologie prend en charge, sur les plans diagnostiques et thérapeutiques des patientes et patients souffrant d’une affection neurologique, souvent en collaboration avec d’autres Services comme la neuroradiologie, la neurochirurgie, la neuro rééducation et les Services de spécialités de médecine interne.

**Description du poste**:
Dans le cadre du programme « Bien vivre avec la maladie de Parkinson (MP) », vous intégrez l'Unité des troubles du mouvement au sein du Service de neurologie. Vous êtes en charge de coordonner toutes les étapes du projet et vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire : médecins, personnel infirmier, neuropsychologue, et psychologue.

Vous assistez la médecin adjointe agrégée dans l'organisation du programme et l’écriture du protocole auprès du Comité d’Ethique.

Vous organisez, planifiez et animez les séances de travail ainsi que le suivi du projet (ordre du jour, calendrier des réunions) avec les professionnelles et professionnels impliqués dans le programme.

Vous dressez la liste des plans d'action et assurez un suivi actif et régulier des membres du programme, en les informant précisément des tâches et des échéances.

En collaboration avec la neurologue, l'infirmière spécialisée, la psychologue et la neuropsychologue, vous créez un flyer destiné aux professionnelles et professionnels privés, informant leurs patientes et patients atteints de MP de l'existence de notre nouveau programme et de la possibilité de consulter une infirmière spécialisée, une psychologue et une neuropsychologue au sein des HUG.

Vous participez également à la réalisation d'une brochure d'information sur les consultations psychologiques et neuropsychologiques spécialisées en MP des HUG.

Vous contribuez à la sélection de la patientèle, à l'organisation des visites et à la création des itinéraires cliniques spécifiques pour les patientes et patients atteints de MP.

En collaboration avec les membres du programme, vous évaluez l'impact clinique et la viabilité financière du projet.

**Qualifications**:
Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelor en gestion ou administration publique ou d’un diplôme de santé avec formation en gestion de projet.

Vous connaissez et maitrisez au minimum une méthode de gestion de projet (ex : HERMES).

Vous avez une expérience réussie d’au moins cinq ans dans la gestion de projet

Une expérience en recherche et en data management constitue un véritable atout.

Personne organisée et méthodique, vous avez un sens développé de la synthèse et de l’analyse. Votre jugement scientifique et vos capacités organisationnelles sont développés et vous savez remettre en question votre pratique professionnelle.

Dynamique et enthousiaste, vous pouvez coordonner les activités de chaque membre de l’équipe. Vous appréciez le travail en interprofessionnalité et portez les valeurs relationnelles du travail en équipe. Vous aimez la diversité, l’autonomie et le défi dans votre travail. Vous établissez une relation respectueuse à l’écoute de vos collaborateurs et collabortrices tout en adaptant votre communication et vos interventions aux différentes situations.
