- The Olympics & Sports Industry Solutions Architect is a pivotal role at Alibaba Cloud International, working in close collaboration with the business development team. This individual serves as a sports industry solution expert, supporting the design, packaging, and pre-sales communication of technical solutions for sports industry clients. This role is instrumental in providing solution recommendations to prestigious sports organizations, driving solution commercialization, and fostering innovative partnerships in the sports industry. Responsibilities: - Develop and define the overall technical solution architecture for sports industry clients, coordinating the creation of high-level presentations and core solution materials for business development and pre-sales support. - Work alongside regional business development teams to cultivate relationships with sports industry clients, engage in business negotiations, and provide solution support. - Stay abreast of sports industry trends, conduct thorough industry analysis, educate internal teams with professional insights, and spearhead updates to industry solutions. - Represent Alibaba Cloud at key sports industry forums and conferences, support marketing activities, and contribute to related initiatives. - Forge and grow partnerships within the sports industry in coordination with regional business development teams. - Undertake additional significant tasks as delegated by the team.
**Position Requirement**
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in technology for large-scale sports events. - Demonstrated pre-sales technical expertise, with a comprehensive understanding of Alibaba Cloud solutions and related cloud products. - In-depth knowledge of the sports industry, with the ability to analyze and understand business requirements from the perspectives of the industry and Alibaba Cloud International, and recommend appropriate solutions for client scenarios. - Familiarity with the governance mechanisms of international sports organizations, coupled with strong business relationships within the industry. - Experience in technology planning and operational processes for Olympic Games events, preferably including direct collaboration with Olympic Games organizing committees. - Skilled in sports broadcasting engineering and well-versed in the associated business processes. - A proactive approach to work, with outstanding communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the capacity to independently execute tasks. - Excellent resource coordination skills, the ability to manage work pressure, and flexibility to accommodate international travel. - Proficiency in English for business communications, with Chinese language skills being a significant advantage. - Extensive experience in providing Alibaba Cloud services for Olympic events and other competitions.
