Clinical Packaging Operator

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manually label and package primary packed medications for clinical studies.
- Execute assigned tasks according to production plans and GMP, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Create batch documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area (5S methodology).
- Follow health, safety, and environmental rules and guidelines.
- Conduct in-process controls.
- Document activities accurately on paper and electronically as per GMP regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts and suggest enhancements for organization, process, safety, and hygiene.
- Attend relevant training sessions and maintain required training levels.
- Be willing to work overtime or shifts (early and late) if necessary.
- Collaborate with other units and be flexible to work in different areas as needed.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Experience in GMP environments or critical areas is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of PC and MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Team player with strong team spirit.
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
- High sense of duty and attention to detail (documentation, cleanliness).
- Constructive work approach, flexibility, solution-oriented, and responsible for own work.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Fine motor skills and enjoyment of precise work.
- Proficiency in German.
