**Therayou Psychotherapist**:
We are looking for a psychological or medical psychotherapist, who is interested to combine classical clinical work with digital innovations to make a real impact on the healthcare environment across the globe, who is excited to work in a dynamical start-up environment, and to play an active role in shaping a start-up and its clinical activities.

We are looking for someone who is interested to join us in our journey into uncharted territory, to try out and integrate new ways for the sake of those with mental healthcare needs, for whom the experience of the journey matters more than following a pre-planned path.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classical and blended psychotherapy and all associated tasks (planning, documentation, etc.).
- Test and provide feedback on mental healthcare innovations.
- Play an active role in the development of Therayou and its innovations.
- Prospectively: guide the clinical team of the healthcare center.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- University degree in psychology (focus clinical psychology) or medicine (Swiss or recognized in Switzerland).
- Formal qualification as psychotherapist (eidg. Psychoth. or respective FMH specialization or equivalent).
- Ideally experience with digital health.
- Strong communication skills.
- High level of social and team skills.
- Excellent knowledge of German.
