**Administrative & Cost Controller**
- **La figura sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività**:_
- Gestione dei rapporti e della negoziazione con i fornitori, con focus su budget, fatturazione e analisi delle performance
- Supervisione e coordinamento strategico dei dipendenti della società
- Monitoraggio delle tempistiche, delle merci e dei costi dei progetti
- Sviluppo di strategie vincenti delle contrattualizzazioni, aggiornando il controllo costi paragonato alla baseline economica
- Monitoraggio dei tempi di realizzazione e dei costi in linea con il budget d riferimento
- Elaborazione di report periodici durante tutta la fase del progetto e della costruzione
- Gestione delle pratiche amministrative
- **Si richiede**:_
- Almeno 4/5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo (preferibilmente nel settore Construction)
- Nice to have: laurea in Ingegneria
- Persona dinamica e multitasking con propensione al lavoro in team
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Capacità di gestione delle priorità, scadenze e precisione

**Sede di lavoro**: Lugano

**Contratto**: Indeterminato, Fulltime

**Retribuzione**: commisurata in base all’esperienza maturata
