**Qualifications**

Applicants should have at least 2-3 years of previous Lower School teaching experience, preferably at an international school. A valid Swiss work permit is required.
- Teaching license including specialism
- Documented record of excellence in teaching
- BA / BSC or equivalent university degree
- Experience with inquiry based pedagogy
- Experience with Readers & Writers Workshop
- Learner-centered focus
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to differentiate for diverse learning needs, including EAL learners
- Teamwork, collaboration, and active participation in school life
