- Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Pfäffikon SZ einen Qualitätsmanager, der sich aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung und der Prozessoptimierung am Standort Pfäffikon SZ engagiert. Reibungslos verlaufende Prozesse sind dabei der sprichwörtliche Schlüssel zum Erfolg. Als Qualitätsmanager fungieren Sie unter anderem als Schnittstelle zwischen unserem strategischen Einkauf, unserer Entwicklung und dem Product Support. Zudem sind Sie mit unseren anderen Qualitätsmanagern der Condair Group weltweit in engem Austausch.

**IHRE AUFGABEN**:
- Durchführung und Vorantreiben von Design-FMEAs- Aktive Mitarbeit bei ISO-Audits der Condair Group
- Durchführung von Lieferantenevaluationsaudits für strategische Lieferanten
- Erarbeiten von Prüfvorgaben künftiger Produkte als Grundlage für die Werke
- Durchführen von Erstmusterprüfungen und Materialfreigaben
- Untersuchungen von Qualitätsfällen und Definition von Gegenmassnahmen
- Durchführung von internen Audits
- Aktives Mitwirken bei der Einholung länderspezifischer Zertifikate
- Aktive Pflege und Weitertreibung unserer Prozesslandschaft
- Pflege der Compliance betreffend diverse weltweit gültige Anforderungen wie z.B. Konfliktmineralien oder RoHS
- Bearbeiten von Kundenreklamationen

**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im QM-Bereich-
- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Dipl. Qualitätsmanager/in NDS HF von Vorteil- SAP- und ConSense-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Kunden
- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sporadische Reisebereitschaft in Europa
- Sehr gute Deutsch
