**To develop and manage Tahi’s digital platforms and e-commerce in Europe**
- To assist the European General Manager grow our business in line with strategic targets
- Responsible for developing and managing several e-commerce sales channels focusing first on 3 targetted European markets: UK, Germany and Switzerland, in line with company strategy
- To optimize digital platforms to drive sales growth and support retail business through story telling to build brand awareness
- To devise strategies that drive online traffic

**Key responsibilities and tasks**:

- Design and manage 3 websites in the UK, Switzerland and Germany in multiple languages as relevant (English, French and German) with a view to 1) generate B2C sales growth, and 2) educate and significantly increase customer awareness of our brand and our competitive advantages
- Identify and implement other online sales channels, such as Amazon, where relevant
- Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends in order to identify opportunities for growth
- Coordinate campaigns with social media manager
- Regionalize the global social media strategy and presence
- Conduct web behavioral analysis
- Track conversion rates and make improvements
- Reporting and optimization using Google analytics and other tools
- Work closely with the international team, to ensure alignment on commercial objectives and efficient coordination of activities
- Maintain and optimize the brand’s omni-channel marketing and communication activities to drive B2C sales
- Report on sales analytics to assess and identify opportunities to drive sales
- Create content with the purpose of reaching our target audiences

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in marketing, communications or a related field.

**Essential Job Experience**
- Min. 3 years of digital communications experience
- Highly motivated and strategic individual with a proven track record for delivering results
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Be familiar with and adopt SEO, PPC and paid search tools
- A good level of critical thinking and problem resolution experience.
- Graphic design experience considered an asset
