Project Buyer

Worldwide search and selection of suitable suppliers in close cooperation with the project managers, according to the European and global purchasing strategies
- Preparation and interpretation of supplier comparison overviews (total cost analysis)
- Bearing the commercial and contractual responsibility for purchasing transactions
- Conduct negotiations and maintain close contact with suppliers
- Preparing purchase price overviews for all project phases as a basis for operative processing
- Timely coordination of supplier selection and contract content with the relevant legal units
- Coordination of all activities in the development phase to the suppliers
- Exploiting the maximum opportunities on the raw material/component market in terms of price, quality, logistics and development cooperation

Your qualifications
- Completed technical or commercial training, further training as a purchaser or technical merchant in advantage
- Experience in industrial purchasing, development or project management
- Know-how in contracting, negotiation skills, closing reliability
- Very good of German and English skills
- High sense of responsibility, confident appearance, assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team, independence and flexibility
