- EXPECTED OUTPUTS AND TIMELINES 1. Plan de travail décrivant les activités à mener devant aboutir à l’élaboration des Plans stratégiques de l’ALGEX et du CTIAA (5 février 2024) 2. Formation des cadres des deux institutions susmentionnées en matière de formulation de Plan stratégique (28 février 2024) 3. Première ébauche des deux plans stratégiques élaborés dont un (1) pour l’ALGEX et un (1) pour le CTIAA pour validation (31 mars 2024) 4. Plan stratégique final de l’ALEGEX et du CTIAA intégrant les commentaires de l'ITC et des deux organisations. Les annexes comprendront la matrice d'activités proposée avec des indicateurs de performance et un plan opérationnel avec des estimations de coûts (15 Avril 2024) 5. Rapport récapitulatif sur l'exécution de toutes les tâches, y compris le calendrier des réunions tenues, les personnes rencontrées (avec les dates et les coordonnées), mettant en évidence les défis rencontrés, les principaux enseignements tirés et les recommandations pour l'amélioration de futures interventions similaires de l'ITC (15 Avril 2024) Des ébauches de tous les livrables attendus seront remises pour discussion et incorporation des commentaires/contributions de l'ITC et de l’ALGEX et du CTIAA avant finalisation.
