What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Identifying and seizing business opportunities specifically related to Specie
- Advising and supporting distribution partners and customers on insurance solutions and risk management
- Reviewing customer submissions, calculating appropriate risk premium and drawing up insurance solutions tailored to customers’ needs
- Conducting risk visits together with brokers across Switzerland, identifying, analysing and evaluating site-specific risks
- Building long-term relationships with customers, brokers, and other AXA entities
- Collaborating across departments such as Underwriting, Claims and Finance
- Participating in and supporting internal strategic projects

We are looking for a new team member. You will be provided with autonomy, empowerment, training and guidance where needed and appropriate to your level of experience:

- Professional experience in the insurance, luxury goods or logistics and trading industry, ideally 5 years or more
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, efficient and able to work independently by structuring the path forward
- Well-spoken and a communicative, confident and discrete manner towards clients and business partners
- Motivated and solution-oriented personality that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and high energy environment
- Proficient in standard MS Office tools
- Linguistic proficiency in French and English and/or German
