- Coordinating amongst divisional functional teams and with Hexagon’s Head of Sustainability in developing a consistent and scalable approach to ESG reporting and performance management systems
- Providing effective challenge on divisional performance, working closely with business and supporting functions
- Executing the sustainability strategy by implementing timely programs and working closely with senior management in ensuring a unified approach to ESG
- Leading the implementation of the identified improvements as defined in the divisional ESG Strategic Plan
- Support sustainability related internal and external communications
- Improving the reporting and information gathering process effectively and efficiently
- Supports the preparation of reporting and disclosure documents (CDP, TCFD, CSRD, Sustainability Report, etc.)

**This is you**:

- Strategic thinker with experience identifying, tracking, and reporting on ESG data management and KPIs
- Track record of driving sustainability results/impact across a global organization
- Experience with relevant guidelines, including GHG protocol, ISSB, and supply chain sustainability management systems
- Experience integrating ESG opportunities and risks mitigation into business processes
- Editorial skills in compiling sustainability reports, success stories and the utilization of internal and external communication channels
- Excellent command of English and German
- Ability to travel internationally up to 30%
