***By joining the FSB you will**:

- join a small international team interacting with senior policymakers on issues that are at the forefront of global financial stability.
- gain exposure to a wide variety of financial sector topics and initiatives concerning financial regulation, supervision and resolution.
- support the wider FSB membership through leading a team of highly qualified experts and overseeing the secretariats of various FSB working groups.
- contribute to the management of the secretariat and substitute for the Secretary General and Deputy Secretary General when needed.

**Principal responsibilities**:
The Head of Regulatory and Supervisory Policies leads the Secretariat work on regulatory policy initiatives, including the Secretariat support for the Standing Committee on Regulatory and Supervisory Cooperation, the Resolution Steering Group, and other workstreams and initiatives on regulatory or supervisory policy issues.

**Qualifications, skills and experience**:

- An advanced degree in economics, finance or law;
- At least 15 years of relevant professional experience in working on financial institution regulatory policy;
- Practical experience in supervision of financial institutions;
- A demonstrated ability to organise international cooperative processes, ideally in the context of the FSB’s member-led work;
- Experience in leading and motivating members in a group with diverse backgrounds and experiences; a strong cooperative and team spirit;
- Outstanding drafting and editorial skills in English;
- Legal expertise and managerial experience would be a plus.

**Who we are**:
The FSB coordinates at the international level the work of national financial authorities and international standard-setting bodies and develops and promotes the implementation of effective regulatory, supervisory, and other financial sector policies in the interest of financial stability. It brings together national authorities responsible for financial stability in 24 countries and jurisdictions, international financial institutions, sector-specific international groupings of regulators and supervisors, and committees of central bank experts. The FSB also conducts outreach with approximately 70 other jurisdictions through its six Regional Consultative Groups.
