**To reinforce our After Sales and Export team, we are looking for an administrative assistant.
**Profile: Missions**:

- CFC commercial certificate or equivalent
- Min. 2 years in a similar position
- Structured and process oriented
- Speaking French and excellent level of

English. Good level of written/spoken
German is a big plus.
- Familiar with export and customs processes

and documentations (EUR.1, DTE, COO,
Invoices)
- Background or knowledge in international

trade/commerce
- Familiar with the SAP environment

Overseeing a customer portfolio which implies:

- Being the main contact of the customers for

outbound logistics and spare parts topics
- Follow up of the customer spare parts orders

from submission to delivery / from production

end to delivery for machines and accessories.
- Plan order pickups with the chosen transport

companies.
- Create and provide all the documents

necessary for export and organize the

collection of the goods with the selected

transport companies and the logistics

department.

The After Sales department is mainly in charge of the spare parts orders follow up and the overall

administrative outbound logistics organization. We work closely with procurement, planification,

production and logistics to ensure on time parts availability. Being the main contact of the customer, we

answer their questions and decide with them how to perform the shipments of the orders, invoice and

prepare the documents requested to export the goods worldwide.
