Après près de 3 années de recherches et développements en Suisse, nous avons lancé fin 2021 I.D. Swiss Botanicals avec un objectif simple: proposer une gamme de produits techniques skincare pour tous les types de peau, même les plus sensibles, en exploitant le potentiel des ingrédients d’origine végétale aux propriétés neuro-actives uniques pour améliorer la santé mentale et l'apparence de la peau.

Nous démultiplions ainsi l'efficacité des routines skincare en nous attaquant aux causes profondes du vieillissement cutané. Nous travaillons notamment les thèmes de la régénération cellulaire/neuronale ou celui de l’énergie cellulaire et des mitochondries dans le cadre de nos recherches.

**JUNIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - I.D. SWISS BOTANICALS - OBJECTIFS DE LA POSITION**

Vous aiderez l'équipe à développer et à mettre en œuvre la stratégie marketing I.D. Swiss Botanicals, afin d'atteindre une croissance et un profit conformes aux objectifs et à l'image de l'entreprise. Vous dirigerez et soutiendrez des activités spécifiques liées aux produits, et vous participerez à des activités à 360° avec les différents départements concernés (Design, Communication, Digital, Sales et Operations) et suivrez le développement de tous les actifs requis pour chaque projet.

**Développement de produits**:

- Assurer un benchmark régulier des concurrents et/ou marques/produit(s) d'intérêt.
- Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du plan de développement des nouveaux produits.
- Participer à la définition de nouveaux produits et veiller à ce que le produit final réponde aux objectifs du projet tout au long du cycle de développement.
- Gérer le cycle de vie des produits et contrôler l'assortiment des produits.

**Marketing commercial**:

- Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du plan de marketing I.D. Swiss Botanicals.
- Participer à la coordination du lancement et à la maximisation des ventes potentielles des nouveaux produits.
- Définir et développer des outils de vente/formation.
- Définir et développer le matériel POS / trade marketing indispensable à la commercialisation online/offline des produits de la marque.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration de l'expérience utilisateur à travers de multiples points de contact du parcours client.

**CE QUE NOUS ATTENDONS DE VOUS ?**
- Diplôme universitaire, de préférence en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe;
- 1ère expérience en développement de produits de grande consommation (cosmétique est un plus);
- Une expérience en trade marketing est un plus;
- Esprit créatif et innovant;
- Solides compétences en matière de gestion de projet et de hiérarchisation des priorités;
- Solides compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de communication, sens du détail, bonne organisation;
- Dévoué(e) aux personnes internes et aux clients;
- Esprit d'équipe, multitâche et positif;
- Approche flexible et collaborative, ouvert(e) aux méthodes agiles;
- Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit)
