**Your mission**:

- Provide technical assistance and resolve customer queries.
- Act as the go-to IT expert for the Customer Support team.
- Manage technical aspects of customer projects, focusing on interfaces and integrations.
- Develop scripts for task automation in customer support, preferably in Python.
- Optimize technical processes in Customer Support for enhanced efficiency.

**Your profile**:
**Must Have**:

- Strong communication skills with direct customer interaction experience.
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
- Basic coding skills, ideally in Python.
- Fundamental IT knowledge, including software troubleshooting, networking, IT security, understanding of APIs and integrations.
- Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field.

**Ideal**:

- Experience with enterprise software (e.g., SAP, Abacus).
- Familiarity with the HR tool landscape (Abacus, Sage, etc.).
