As a Customer Complaint Coordinator you will be responsible for managing complaint records in the BD electronic complaint system.

We are flexible This position can be either full time or part time based on need and individual agreement.

**Responsibilities**
- Determines complaint reportability per EMEA procedures and regulations.
- Reports adverse events to EMEA authorities.
- Documents physical complaint investigations.
- Conducts statistical analysis on complaint data.
- Collaborates with global cross-functional complaint team.
- Implements updates to complaint handling process.
- Supports corrective/preventive action program.
- Assists logistics team with complaint records and repairs.
- Aids quality engineering team with change request activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in MS Office.
- Familiar with documentation practices.
- Experience in customer-focused environment.
- Fluent in English; German a plus.
- Interest in medical device industry.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
