**Was diesen Job so reizvoll macht**:
Dein erster fachlicher Fokus wird als Teammitglied auf Prozessen und Business Analyse im Bereich des Client LifeCycle Managements («Onboarding», «Profiling»), sowie der Vertriebsunterstützung («CRM») und damit verbunden mit der Einführung des neuen Front Workplaces für unsere Relationship Manager und AssistentInnen liegen.
Diese Position bietet Dir ein hohes Mass an Flexibilität im täglichen Business und setzt eine «Hands-on» sowie «Can-Do» Einstellung voraus.

**Wann Du zu uns passt**:
Bachelor oder Master (Uni oder FH) oder äquivalente Erfahrung in Banking & Finance, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer ähnlichen Studienrichtung
Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Bereich Business Engineering, der Business Analyse, Prozessmanagement und/oder Projekt-Durchführung
«Get it done»-Einstellung und ein Gespür für die Balance zwischen Perfektion und Pragmatismus
Neugierde, analytische Skills sowie eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise
Interesse am Wealth Management
KnowHow in folgenden Bereichen ist ein Plus, kann aber «on the Job» gelernt werden: CRM-Applikationen z.B. Salesforce, Investment-Advisory, regulatorische Themen z.B. GDPR, FIDLEG, MiFID
Kommunikationsstärke für Fachgespräche und zu unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern in der englischen Sprache wird vorausgesetzt und ein gutes Verständnis der deutschen Sprache ist wünschenswert
