At Novo Nordisk, we are rolling out a new tool and processes related to a frontline incentives program that will be running for 18 months. The goal of this program is to optimise the frontline experience, keep our sales force engaged and better enable them to focus on their strategic priorities. This new tool will offer transparency to our frontline salesforce about their incentives and support them in targeting their future activities.
**The Position**
In this position, you will be driving the implementation of initiatives within our frontline incentives program tracking the areas of OCM, communication and end user training. These initiatives will be accomplished in close collaboration and support from Regional OCM anchors and affiliates, where you will be responsible for change management support to the region and affiliates, especially during and post rollout of the program, in order to ensure the realisation of its benefits. In this position you will be reporting to **Senior Director IO Frontline Incentive Tool, IO SO.**
**Key responsibilities**
- Ensure that the longer-term change management initiatives are institutionalised locally
- Develop and implement OCM plan for the frontline incentive program roll out
- Act as a bridge between IO Program and Regional teams to ensure implementation of frontline solution across 84 countries
- Follow up on activities with Regional OCMs and local implementation leads to guarantee effective execution and follow-up
- Responsible for overall communication and other OCM efforts of the program
**Qualifications**
**In addition**:
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales, marketing, medical and market access functions
- Experience with driving change management and communication for large business transformation initiatives is preferred
- Experience in a technology implementation project with focus on business transformation is considered an advantage
- Experience within sales training and/or product management is a plus
- Knowledge of commercial operations in an affiliate is an added advantage
