**Cybersecurity and Information Security Manager**:**

Our mission is to be the leading player for monitoring motors and drives that power industries, buildings and infrastructures. We are looking for a Cybersecurity and Information Security Manager at ABB Motion Services. If you are a great team player that can work across organizations and across borders, then you can become the key Cybersecurity and Information Security Manager for our IoT solutions for asset monitoring, predictive maintenance and remote support, but also for future solutions that will help our customers to keep their sites running and save energy every day. Together with the global Product Management team and in collaboration with 80+ internal and external developers, product owners and architects, you will secure that our solutions are compliant with the highest Cybersecurity and Information Security standards.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Creating and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of global cybersecurity risks and market requirements, including regulations and standards
- Cooperating with the ABB Cybersecurity Council in the definition, development and implementation of group-level cybersecurity initiatives, policies, standards and guidelines
- Supporting the implementation of ABB and digital ABB Cybersecurity Strategy for IoT solutions of the Motion Services Division
- Defining the IoT Cybersecurity roadmap in collaboration with IS and other divisions
- Estimating the Impact of Cyber Threats on Financial, Productivity, Safety, Security for an organization
- Provide required level of cybersecurity for offering, required standards to fulfill, threat modeling and threat assessments
- Support and participate to security reviews, assessment reviews, threat analysis
- Fulfill the tasks needed to receive and maintain security certificates
- Actively contributing to identifying, managing and reducing cybersecurity risks
- Driving internal cybersecurity assessments and product security clearance
- Management of risks
- Threat detection and monitoring
- Vulnerability management
- Management of identity and access
- Defending the assets of the organization via the implementation of security policies, processes, technology, and controls
- Oversee that employees are being educated on the importance of information security.
- Ensure compliance with information security and data privacy regulations
- Oversee internal and external Information security audits
- Maintain and lead further development of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO 27001
- Monitor trends, legal requirements and standards in Information security and steer the implementation in collaboration with other parts of the organization
- Sensitive to future technologies and trends related to Cybersecurity and Information Security
- Sharing internal awareness and knowledge through Security training programs
- Be an expert speaking partner for our customers on Cyber Security and Information Security topics
- Guide and train the other product managers in Cybersecurity requirements
- Manage the response to security incidents
- Maintain a data privacy overview of product managed

**Your background**:

- B.E., B.Sc. or M.Sc. in cybersecurity, computer science, communications and information technology, mathematics or a related field
- Strong command and several years’ experience in IT Cybersecurity operational topics for cloud-based systems
- Certified as Information Security Officer for ISO 27001, knowledgeable in setting up and overseeing the maintenance of ISMS- Enthusiastic for methodologies regarding Data Loss Prevention, Digital Rights Management, Data Atomization, Data Classification, Tokenization and encryption, data masking
- Independent, cooperative and empathetic with colleagues
- A passion for security- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English
- Ability to occasional global travel
