**Business Insights and Analytics Intern**
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while gaining invaluable experience in business analytics? Novocure is seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Insights and Analytics Intern. This part-time position (50-70% time commitment) reports to the Associate Director of Business Insights and Analytics and involves collaborating with our international team to support and optimize our business reporting processes.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Develop, prepare, and optimize monthly business excellence reporting and associated analytics across international markets.
- Work closely with the Senior Specialist and Associate Director to analyze and interpret data, providing actionable insights to country General Managers.
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability through robust data validation processes.
- Analyze internal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business implications.
- Develop new dashboards and alerts within our International Business Operations reporting framework.
- Gather feedback from various business units to address evolving needs and translate them into actionable insights.
**Your profile**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Data Analytics, a Scientific field, or a related discipline with a strong analytical component.
- Previous experience in data analysis through internships, academic projects, or relevant work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data analysis tools is desirable but not essential.
- Commitment to accuracy in all outputs.
- Interest in business strategy, healthcare, and the implications of analytics on business operations.
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely in English.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with the Business Analytics team and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
**About us**:
Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer and other types of solid cancers.
