**Cartier Supply Chain Operations** forte de 200 personnes est le centre d’expertise des flux de la distribution des produits finis Cartier (Joaillerie, Montres, Accessoires et Pièces détachées) et de ses outils au service de nos clients internes et externes.
Basé au cœur du Canton de Fribourg, nos locaux vous accueillent dans une atmosphère de collaboration et de travail optimale.

Nous renforçons notre équipe avec un poste de Supply Chain Planning Intern en stage de fin d’études.
**Votre profil**:
Vous êtes en dernière année en master en ingénierie ou Supply Chain.
Vous avez un profil analytique et technique.
Vous êtes de nature curieuse ce qui vous permet d’échanger facilement avec vos différents interlocuteurs.
Vous maîtrisez un langage de programmation (un plus si Python et/ou SQL dans la liste) et vous souhaitez monter en compétence sur les outils de la Supply Chain.
Vous êtes en dernière année de master (ingénierie) avec une orientation Supply Chain, vous avez une excellente connaissance du travail en base de données et des analyses avancées via Excel ou Power BI et vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais
Il s'agit d'une excellente opportunité d'acquérir une connaissance approfondie de la maison Cartier.

**Mission opérationnelle (environ 70% du temps)**
Initiation aux missions du service clients:
- Être le contact privilégié de nos filiales en ce qui concerne la distribution des Accessoires Cartier
- Gérer les commandes des filiales et des agents dans le respect des procédures établies
- Garantir une information optimale aux interlocuteurs en termes de délai, de pertinence et de fiabilité
- Soutien aux marchés sur les problématiques rencontrées au quotidien
- Séances d’information auprès des autres équipes du département voire des autres départements
