**Project** Description**:
We are looking for a talented Production Manager with a track record in one or more service management disciplines such as incident, problem, change IT, continuity, or capacity. Opening a new team to join our dynamic global team of talented senior data engineers, software engineers, technical architects, and functional analysts who work in concert to deliver high-profile projects using modern technologies. The goal of this team is the implementation of a unified production strategy to be adopted by the various production teams based upon the firm's data platforms, with the appropriate governance and controls for protecting the firm's and client's data.

**Responsibilities**:
Advanced knowledge of one or more service management disciplines such as incident, problem, change IT, continuity or capacity. Production support as L2/L3 capability with exposure to Automation tools and techniques. Hands on Experience in Windows environment, CoreNet, MS SQL. A good understanding of ITIL process. Knowledge and experience of operational principlesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. The ability to prioritise and multitask

**Skills**:
Must have
- Service Management,
- L2/L3 production support,
- Exposure to Automation tools and techniques,
- Experience in Windows environment, CoreNet, MS SQL.
- ITIL practitioner,
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
