**Your role**
- Are you passionate about technology? Do you know how to solve challenging problems in elegant ways?
- We’re looking for someone like that who can:
- prepare and execute test cases
- leverage, drive and extend the test automation
- plan, coordinate and execute regression testing
- create test strategies, manage test cases, drive testing roadmap
- lead a small team of QA Engineers, coach and mentor team members
- engage proactively with other QA Managers regarding project statuses, resourcing, risks
- review the test planning and execution work efforts across multiple teams and time zones
- assess risk to the project, based on the execution and validation and make appropriate recommendations
- document all test artifacts including full audit and transparency of traceability from requirements to tests, and evidence of test planning and execution

**Your expertise**
- 10+ years of experience testing complex systems and business flows (end to end)
- at least 3 years of experience as test manager
- at least 5 years of experience with test automation
- experience and knowhow of testing Order Managers
- delivery oriented, conscientious and reliable; strong written and verbal communication
- knowledge and experience of financial products, preferably Structured Products will be a plus
- solid organizational and project management skills, including strong follow through skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines and workstreams
- strong Java programming knowledge for automation, experience with automation frameworks
- understanding FIX protocol and experience with testing FIX messages,
- experience with Unix environment, SQL
- a full understanding of SDLC, QA and Defect Lifecycle
- experience with Test data identification & creation
- exposure to test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Quality Center / ALM, X-Ray)
- automation experience using various tools like QTP, Test Complete, Selenium
- working experience on various CI tools
- experience with python will be a plus
