**Your mission**:
If you’re bursting with great ideas, constantly seeking fresh ways to craft and create unique stories and have the drive and skills to realise them, this is your role.
You will play an integral part in sharing the namuk story by leading and building our energetic marketing team.
You work well under pressure, you’re flexible and reliable, and you can manage multiple priorities even in hectic situations.
The position is based in Switzerland.

**Your tasks**
- Responsibility for namuk’s global marketing strategy in line with our premium and sustainable brand positioning. You always think one step ahead and actively contribute to shaping our aspiration to become the most important sustainable outerwear brand for kids.
- Evaluate and develop unique ways to showcase namuk’s mission and purpose through marketing initiatives by guiding, coaching and supporting a team of creatives across various disciplines.
- Conception, planning and implementation of an annual marketing plan including budgeting and controlling.
- Ensure that our mission is communicated consistently across all channels and activities including Social Media, Newsletter, Blogs, Partnerships, Events, Ambassadors, Trade marketing and POS.
- Lead and support of our inhouse and external content production.
- Cooperation with PR agencies and other external partners.
- Collaborate with internal partners and departments to align marketing activities with company strategy and goals.
- Partner with the Sales and E-com team to ensure Marketing strategies run parallel with field objectives such as trade marketing, in-store activities, trade shows and events.
- Analyse and utilise data to assess progress and allocate resources where needed.

**Your profile**:

- Several years of progressive experience within marketing roles across multiple channels including PR, Events, Trade Marketing and Retail.
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking, keen drive for success, analytical skills.
- Strategic mindset combined with an innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen.
- Ability to stay current and build on proven marketing practices and trends, strong visual and design understanding.
- Talent to lead and inspire a creative marketing team.
- Very good German
- and English-language skills are a requirement. French or further languages are an advantage.
- Trustworthy and winning personality with a positive attitude and passion.
- Ability to travel 20%-40% - based on business needs.
