Junior ERP Production/logistic Consultant

To strengthen our team, **AGENTIL Geneva** in Switzerland is recruiting a

**Junior** **ERP Production/Logistic consultant.**

**MAIN MISSIONS**
- Handle the Hotline and help the customers when they create an incident,
- Follow-up the tickets and requests and insure the respect of the SLAs
- Perform all project phases to implement the solution within a new customer environment,
- Initialize, analyze, and design, settings, data integration, validation tests and final validation, users training and initial support on the ERP,
- Document the drafting (specifications, design, settings, training files), follow-up of AGENTIL’s project methodology,
- Possibly participate in pre-sales presentations.
- Analyze processes in the Production and or Logistics area.

**PROFILE**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience on using an ERP (ideally with SAP Business One)
- Minimum of 2 year’s field experience in production and/or Logistic.
- Experience in a small or medium company
- Experience in the medical/pharma field a plus but not a must
- Willing to travel in Switzerland or across border.
- Dynamic, curious, and eager to learn.

**LANGUAGES**
- Fluent English and French is essential
