Mit mittlerweile rund 30 Mitarbeiter: innen in unserem Newsroom erzählen wir tagtäglich (aktuelle) Geschichten für unsere nationalen und internationalen Kund: innen - auf allen digitalen Plattformen, die es aktuell gibt. **Coordinator**: innen sind Projectleiter: innen mit organisatorischem und inhaltlichem Aufgabengebiet. Sie sind immer die erste Bezugsperson für unsere Kund: innen. Sie planen im Daily unsere Tasks, haben die Hoheit über Budgets, Timelines und Ressourcen auf ihren Projekten und haben ein fundiertes Wissen über die aktuellen digitalen Plattformen. Sie übersetzen zwischen den Welten: Sie gehen offen und verständnisvoll auf Kund: innen ein und transportieren Inputs ins Team von Andy Was Right. Dort briefen sie die Inputs und nehmen inhaltliches und strategisches Feedback entgegen, um Kund: innen entsprechend beraten zu können.

Aufgaben
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Kund: innen, Andys, Dienstleister: innen, Partner-Agenturen und Plattformen.
- Du hast die Budgets deiner Projekte im Griff: ab der Offerte bis zur Rechnungstellung wahrst du die Budgetkontrolle.
- Du verantwortest Deadlines, prüfst diese mit dem Team auf machbarkeit und rennst den Andys oder Kund: innen mal nach, wenn es sein muss.
- Du bist der: die Chef: in deiner Ressourcen, planst deine Projekte und die Stunden der Andys.

Qualifikation
- Du verstehst, wie Facebook, Instagram, TikTok und Co. funktionieren. Wenn wir dich morgens um 2 wecken, erklärst du uns die neuesten Story-Features im Halbschlaf.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Agentur-Welt und bereits Kund: innen betreut.
- Digitale Tools und Software-Lösungen erlernst du in kürzester Zeit, weil du jung oder jung geblieben bist.
- Du behältst auch bei hohem Workload einen kühlen Kopf und kannst mit deiner gelassenen und charmanten Art auf Kund: innen und Andys eingehen - auch wenns heikle Themen sind.
- Du hast lupenreines Deutsch in Wort und Schrift und bist auch Englisch sattelfest unterwegs. Kommas haben auch bei dir Regeln und werden nicht nach Gefühl eingesetzt.
