Internship - Private Infrastructure (Europe - Zug)

**What it's about**
- Modeling business plans, LBO structures and investment returns
- Participating actively in due diligence workstreams on prospective investments (e.g. financial, commercial, tax and legal due diligence)
- Drafting internal investment recommendation documents
- Conducting various other tasks related to opportunity sourcing, market research, product reporting and marketing
- Implementation of a value creation plan alongside management and supporting investment teams in the monitoring of existing investments

**What we expect**
- A high energy level coupled with a strong passion to learn and succeed, along with an impeccable work ethic and a professional demeanor
- Top performing students at a leading university, ideally focused on Engineering, Economics, Finance or Business Administration
- Initial experience in Private Equity, M&A, Strategy Consulting, Leveraged Finance or Transaction Services
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent teamwork skills within international settings
- English is our working language, any additional European languages will be considered a plus
