**Manager People & Culture (80-100%)**:

- As a Manager People & Culture you will work closely with the team (Manager P&C, Senior Manager Recruitment, Payroll Specialist and Director P&C) and will share responsibilities in all HR matters for our headquarter in Flawil. You will be acting as a sparring partner and contact point for employees and team leaders in your area and also have a focus on different projects within P&C. Also, you will help to support our market organizations and act as an interface to headquarters for them.-

- Sparring partner for the leadership team in your area regarding employee development as well as interpersonal and labor law issues.
- Contact person in your area for all employees regarding questions about employment, social insurance, personal concerns, retirement, etc.
- Personnel development in your own area (responsibility for specialist careers, further training planning, etc.)
- Design, implementation and control of personnel processes and their instruments, as well as their further development
- Administrative support of our market organization in the on
- and offboarding of employees
- Takeover of specific HR projects, development of corresponding concepts, project management during project duration and introduction, as well as transfer to everyday operations
- Work on employer branding topics in close collaboration with Head Corporate Communications

**What skills do you need to bring to BUCHI**
- Relevant studies (psychology, business or similar) or degree in human resources with equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a function as HR Generalist / HR Manager in Switzerland
- Experience in the conception, management and implementation of projects
- Very secure user knowledge of the common MS-Office tools and modern means of communication
- High integrity and absolute discretion
- Excellent communication skills, convincing personality
- Able to work under pressure, independent, cooperative, flexible, high level of social competence, empathy, strong customer and service orientation
- Very good knowledge of German and English (written and oral)
