**What you will do**:
You will become responsible for all the commercial / operational / post fixture matters related to Oils value chain, focused on flows in and out of the Western Hemisphere (South America, Europe, Black Sea). This entails managing tankers under charter to ensure all requirements of Charter Party are followed/fulfilled. You will play a key role in our Global Oils Value Chain team and will be in close cooperation with, amongst others, the Chartering team and Oils Trading team. This role is based in Geneva, Switzerland.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinating day-to-day operational shipping matters, mainly on Bunge’s SBO and SFO flows in and out of the Western Hemisphere
- Planning and executing all Post Fixture aspects of the voyage, from contract to completion
- Preparing and following up on freight payments and finalizing voyages
- Appointing and communicating with agents, surveyors, port captains, owners, charterers, brokers, traders and other collaborators
- Handling and settling claims with commercial and legal teams
- Planning and optimizing cargo intake and bunkering
- Raising and processing payments, statements, calculations and debts
- Following Bunge freight processes and handling workflows
- Issuing and monitoring voyage and commercial instructions
- Managing loading and discharging operations and vessel performance
- Calculating Optimal Speed/Consumption
- Supporting and assisting Tanker Charterer with commercial tasks, as needed

**What you will bring**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 2+ years of experience, ideally in both sailing and tanker operations with owner/charterers or trading houses
- Experience with operations in liquid cargo (experience with vegetable oils is preferred). Experience in CPP/energy flows is a plus
- Degree / Certificate or equivalent experience in Maritime / ICS Qualifying
- Prior experience in COA management and Time Charter Management is an advantage
- Flexible approach to being on call for urgent issues after office hours
- Fluency in English
