**WE ARE OFFERING AN EXCITING POSITION IN OUR AVIATION TEAM AT OUR OFFICE AT THE PILATUS AIRCRAFT OFFICE IN STANS.**:
AVIATION VMI PLANNER (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS
- Provide classification information to Garmin Customs Brokers
- Auditing import and export documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Basic classification of Garmin’s “finished good” products for import and export
- Denied Party (DPL) screening for export and managing red flags
- Respond to questions from Customs Imports/Exports
- Corresponding with foreign Vendors/suppliers and the Garmin Sourcing team, to obtain documentation and information as needed
- Regulatory required record keeping
- Compile international trade data for analysis and reporting/auditing
- Idenntifies priorities and expedites material through the manufacturing or distribution processes
- Monitors daily production on site to insure product flows at scheduled rates to the Pilatus Production Line
- Maintains open shop order due tates and ensure proper and timely closure of shop orders

YOUR PROFILS
- Knowledge of aircraft systems and avionics sub-systems would be helpful
- Experience working in a distribution or manufacturing environment
- Previous Oracle Warehouse, Planning and Inventory management experience
- Understanding of supply chain processes defined in assigned area of responsibility
- Strong and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in Englisch and German
- Understands and implements lean practise
- Deomonstrates ability to extract and evaluate data for decision making purposes
