Global Supply Planning Manager

The Manager, Global Supply Planning will lead and execute the SI&OP supply review process. This is a highly cross-functional role with accountability to facilitate a cadence of monthly activities resulting in a supply network rough-cut capacity plan (3-24 month horizon) that meets product demand requirements; adheres to manufacturing and supplier sourcing strategies; details key constraints and actions to mitigate supply risks; optimizes capacity utilization and inventory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, establish, operationalize, and implement global framework to assess capacity and resource planning, coordinate global supply network work center updates to capture current resource and equipment capacity assumptions, review component supply risks, and confirm monthly loading/supply variances.
- Partner with the SI&OP Demand Management team to comprehend monthly demand forecast changes and create a preliminary finished goods plan.
- Perform rough-cut capacity analysis to identify where supply is out of balance with demand and address gaps with Manufacturing and Supply Chain partners to determine mitigation plans or recommendations to resolve.
- Prepare and facilitate the monthly SI&OP Supply Review to gain approval of the Supply Plan presenting details on manufacturing and resource capacity utilization, component supply risks and mitigation proposals, spend recommendation, and scenario and/or trade-offs proposals
- Participate in the monthly SI&OP Reconciliation Reviews to comprehend and assist in addressing demand/supply gaps reconciliation and further refining of the supply plan.
- Compile, distribute and report-out KPIs that monitor supply chain performance, service levels, resource and capacity utilization, and supply disruption impacts.
- Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for rough-cut capacity planning and use of a Supply Planning Playbook and coach peers to help improve competencies.
- Leads projects to develop and implement future state strategy, tools, and processes to achieve industry leading best practices, capabilities, and performance in supply, capacity, and inventory modeling.

**What your background should look like**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or Finance.
- 8+ years working experience in Master Scheduling, Supply Planning, Materials Management, Purchasing or Inventory management.
- 5+ years Management Experience adhering with a formal IBP or SI&OP process.
- Language skills: Excellent English (verbal / written) required.
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on continuous improvement leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence presenting to senior leaders
- Analytical acumen with ability to interpret data across demand, supply, and operations and develop optimal solutions.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification or equivalent (preferred).
