**Your Responsibilities**:
As a trainee, you will assist the purchasing team in the procurement process:

- You manage various purchasing quotes (request, preparation and follow-up),
- You manage orders and their invoices,
- You help to evaluate suppliers,
- You keep the various files up to date in compliance with the company's policies and regulations,
- You monitor outstanding issues to ensure that they are dealt on time,
- You ensure that documents are updated in the ERP system,
- You help to prepare supplier meetings.

**Your Profile**:

- You have completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or economics,
- You have at least two years' experience in purchasing or in any related area.
- You have a good command of English (speaking and writing)
- You are familiar with MS Office and an ERP, and have a basic knowledge of Share Point,
- You have an analytical mind and good interpersonal skills, and you are team-player and flexible.
