What You’ll Be Doing
For this reason, we are looking for an Operations Associate for our Italian regions. You will be responsible for overseeing all development activities, from finding creative solutions to generating demand as well as ensuring we keep our pipeline of cleaning agents ready.
Operations Management:
- Customer Experience: Ensure our B2C, B2B services run smoothly, delivering top-tier experiences to our customers.
- Customer Success: Improve our client's retention by solving problems relating to agent absences, handling different kind of complaints with care and cleverness, insuring a 5* service, and gathering feedback on our performances.
- Agent management: Provide our cleaning agents with the support they need in their daily routine by answering their questions and requests..
- Operational Strategy: Collaborate with our leadership to streamline processes and enhance our operational efficiency.
- Manage employee sickness and accident cases, coordinate with insurance, and ensure social charges are handled with the employment office.
Growth
- Customer acquisition: We are looking for a results-oriented, sales-driven individual with strong commercial acumen, capable not only of effectively managing clients and agents but also of identifying strategic partnership opportunities and developing innovative initiatives to boost customer acquisition
- Process Improvement: Give your input to help us improve our existing processes, making our business management more efficient.
- Brand Strategy: Contribute to shaping and maintaining our brand identity across multiple markets.
- Growth Hacking: Work with our growth team to explore new strategies for scaling our services and expanding our market reach.
**Requirements**:
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact. This is what makes you successful:
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in relevant or similar roles, ideally within customer experience or sales. Hospitality industry experience is welcomed.
- You are an innovative quick learner who is up for the challenge of working in a fast-paced and agile growing company. You are eager to learn new things and do different tasks.
- You are solution and detail-oriented
- You take ownership of individual tasks and handle cases until their completion
- You want to grow professionally as well as personally
- You want to work in an international and multicultural setting
- You speak English to a minimum B2 level
- You speak Italian to a minimum C2 level
- You may even have further language skills, which add to our valued diversity
- Internship Details: Duration: 6 months, full-time, Start Date: As soon as possible, location: Lugano
