For our global headquarters in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, we are looking for a

**INTERN PUBLIC RELATIONS & EVENTS**

**(M/W/X - 100%)**

Start: January 2023

Duration: 6 months

The role will encompass working with the PR & Events Teams to ensure the development of the brand awareness. In addition to handling daily PR & Events activities, you will be involved in a variety of projects.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support of the PR and Events Teams in the daily business and with administrative tasks regarding budgeting, reporting and logistics (SAP, Invoices, watch shipments, press page upload, best of press coverage etc.)
- Active assistance in the planning, organizing and implementation of various PR projects & sustainable, digital, and physical Events, support with Internal Power Point presentations
- Editing and answering of national and international media enquiries in coordination with IWC markets
- Media/social media monitoring and evaluation, creation of internal reports
- Assistance on location during PR-events and handling of media
- Support on coordination, organization, and management of event projects, including venue research, catering, graphic design and other logistics
- Support with guest management: Handling of invitations, tracking of participants, and coordination of onsite transfers during planning, implementation, and post-processing phases
- Co-handling of internal broadcasting studio and event materials

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communication, journalism, event management or comparable studies
- First professional experience in PR and/or event is an advantage (luxury goods, fashion, advertising / agency etc.)
- Independent, structured and organized
- Team player and great communication skills
- Fluency in English, German & French are an advantage
- Excellent MS Office skills
