Als Strategic Procurement Manager (m/w/d) bei der Rheinmetall Air Defence AG managen Sie den strategischen Einkauf im Bereich der Beschaffung und tragen somit zum Erfolg des Unternehmenserfolg bei.

Konkret erwarten Sie folgende Aufgaben:

- Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die Beschaffungsstrategie der zugeteilten Warengruppen und deren Weiterentwicklung
- Sie überprüfen kontinuierlich den Ausbau des Lieferantennetzwerkes zur Sicherstellung der strategischen und operativen Anforderungen (Qualität, Liefertreue und Kosten)
- Sie verfügen innerhalb der Organisation über die entsprechende Expertise in der Warengruppe und bilden eine wichtige Schnittstelle
- Zudem begleiten Sie Evaluationen, Assessments und Monitoring der Lieferantenperformance und führen Vertrags
- und Preisverhandlungen im internationalen Umfeld durch
- Sie unterstützen den operativen Einkauf bei der Umsetzung der strategischen Vorgaben, sowie bei Eskalationen
- Sie optimieren logistische Parameter und Prozesse unter TCO-Betrachtung und analysieren, bewerten und überwachen dabei die Risiken (Risikomanagement)
- Außerdem arbeiten Sie an diversen spannenden Projekten im Bereich Supply Chain mit

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im Bereich Supply Chain, Einkauf oder Betriebswirtschaft
- Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits mehrjährige Berufspraxis in einer ähnlichen Position im Bereich Supply Chain mit
- Vorzugsweise konnten Sie bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich Elektronik in der Beschaffung sammeln
- Zudem verfügen Sie über sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP und MS-Office
- Sie sind eine teamorientierte, engagierte, belastbare und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
