**QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN - TEMPORARY CONTRACT**
**7 MONTHS (April to October 2024)**
To cover a Maternity Leave, AliveDx is recruiting for a Temp Quality Control Technician to join the Regulatory Affairs & Quality team based in Eysins, Switzerland. The role is a full-time Temporary position, starting from April 2024 to October 2024 (7 months).
**YOUR MISSION**
Reporting to the Department Leader, Quality Control, you contribute to the performance of quality control testing of raw materials, intermediate and final products in accordance with operational objectives, statutory and regulatory requirements, and the principles of GxP.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Perform routine Quality Control testing of incoming material & intermediate with routine method (e.g. pH, TOC, Conductivity, Environmental Testing, Nanodrop, etc.) and of finished product.
- Perform solution or buffer preparation upon request.
- Ensure the flow of documentation / sample within the entire life cycle of the sample (receiving, testing, archiving) for all sample entering in the laboratory.
- Record data in test records and other relevant documentation to provide a permanent and precise record of all work carried out to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Handle compliance records such as OOS investigations or CC as required.
- Review and update procedures, as required to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the implementation of measures to ensure continuous improvement of processes.
- Perform activities associated with QC testing such as stock management, EMS check, cleaning, calibration.
- Exercise vigilance to ensure that all testing equipment is in an appropriate qualified/ calibrated state.
- Follow and support in compliance of defined health & safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct all duties in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and appropriate regulatory requirements.
**YOUR COMPETENCIES**
- Holding a Degree in Biology or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a GMP environment, preferably in QC Laboratory.
- Having experience in method development and working in a regulated environment
- Possessing analytical skills and strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and adapt to change when required.
- Fluent in French with written communication skills in English.
