Für unseren Kunden, die Firma F. Hoffmann La Roche mit Sitz in Basel, suchen wir eine/n Research Associate (m/w/d).

**Research Associate (m/w/d)**:
**Beschreibung**

Das Team “Central Lab Supply” unterstützt das gesamte Laborpersonal am Standort Basel mit der zentralen Beschaffung von Gefahrstoffen, wie z.B. Laborchemikalien, Lösungsmittel, aber auch Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Laborglas, Reinigungsmittel und Büromaterial. Die Artikel werden in mehreren Lagern nach dem Prinzip “Supermarkt ohne Kasse” für die Kunden bereitgestellt und von uns bewirtschaftet und nachbestellt. In unserer “Kardex”-Anlage haben wir ca. 50’000 teils gebrauchte Chemikalienbehälter gelagert, die von den Forschern im Labor gesucht, reserviert, ausgeliehen und nach Gebrauch wieder zurückgebracht werden können. So tragen wir zu einer nachhaltigen Nutzung der Ressourcen bei und helfen durch die sichere, zentrale Lagerung die Sicherheit in den Laboren zu erhöhen.

**Der oder die perfekte Kandidat:in** hat eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant:in und über 3 Jahre Erfahrung in diesem Bereich. Dazu besitzt der/die Kandidat:in gute IT-Kenntnisse, sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englisch Kenntnisse.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Befolgung der vorgegebenen Prozessabläufe
- Einhalten sämtlicher geltenden SGU-Regelungen
- Erfassen und Rapportieren von Verbräuchen in B92 / Site Basel
- Superuser des Jaggaer® „Research Material Manager“ Programmes
- Kundenberatung am Schalter
- Einhaltung der Roche-Werte durch die Gruppe
- Einhaltung sämtlicher SGU-relevanter Regelungen / Gesetze innerhalb der Abteilung
- Einhaltung der Betäubungsmittel-Gesetzgebung im Bereich pRED
- Kommunikation mit Fachabteilung Sicherheit, Gesundheits
- und Umweltschutz

**Ihre Qualifikationen**
- Naturwissenschaftlich Fachausbildung Chemielaborant/in EFZ oder vergleichbar (**)
- 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im chemischen Labor (**)
- Gute IT Kenntnisse (G-Suite, MS-Office) (**)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (in C2), gute Kenntnisse in Englisch in Wort und Schrift (**)
- Freundliches und kundenorientiertes Verhalten/Auftreten
- Gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Teamfähigkeit

**Nice to Haves**
- Erfahrung in der Forschung im chemischen Labor sind von grossem Vorteil
