**Your challenges**

As a Scientific Technician-Laboratory Employee, you will find yourself at the forefront of discovery, working collaboratively with our brilliant minds to conduct laboratory experiments that redefine the boundaries of possibility. Your primary focus will be the optimization of manufacturing processes, and your expertise in protein purification through chromatography and filtration will be pivotal.

Your role will extend beyond the laboratory, as you engage in close collaboration with cross-functional departments such as Production, Process Development, and Bio-analytics, contributing to the seamless integration of our visionary ideas.

In this role, you will not only experiment but also meticulously document results and evaluations, adhering to the highest standards of our quality system. **Your skills**
- You possess a solid foundation, having completed training as a biotechnology, biology, or chemistry laboratory technician, or a related field.
- Your experience in protein purification will be a valuable asset, demonstrating your proficiency and commitment to the field.
- Your adeptness in the realm of laboratory equipment and processes is matched only by your adaptability and flexibility, allowing you to excel in our fast-paced environment.
