Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for the management, monitoring and tracking of EMEA finance projects, building respective project plans and holding periodic meetings with people affected to support them achieving the committed milestones. This will be a cross functional role supporting the finance department at the EMEA Finance SSC (i.e., GL, AP and AR) as well as EMEA wide projects interfacing with other Kofax departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate projects within the Shared Services Finance and other departmental and operational interfaces
- Coordinate and monitor resources allocated to projects (functional)
- Manage milestones and track progress in order to meet and align deadlines
- Maintain and update a MS Project Master to embed it on a monthly basis into the global project plan
- Evaluate cost estimates and timeline for new planned projects
- Explore various options to achieve the project goal
- Produce and present weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports about project progress
- Engage and motivate interfaces to contribute to project success
- Perform tasks specific to the projects being managed in the absence of additional resources

Other Responsibilities:
Support to develop and further improve EMEA wide analytics and KPI, and provide aggregated reporting and information to VP Finance EMEA.

**Required Skills**:
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Work experience in accounting for international territories is required.
- Experience in public accounting would be preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting\Finance.
- Strong business acumen and logical problem solver.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to
- Work with diverse groups of people.
- Strong proficiency in Word, Outlook and advanced level Excel skills.
- Strong in written and verbal English
