- Mandatés par l'un de nos clients, une entreprise en plein essor dans le secteur du Medical Device sur la région du Nord Vaudois, nous recherchons son/sa prochain/e Supply Chain Manager.**Vos missions**:

- Vous êtes responsable de l'ensemble des actions de la Supply Chain ;
- Vous gérez la logistique de production, les achats, les stocks et le service clients ;
- Vous êtes garant de la satisfaction clients tout en assurant un service de haute qualité ;
- Vous pilotez la production et vous développez la stratégie pour un contrôle optimum de la rotation et de la valeur des stocks ;
- Vous participez activement aux actions et projets de réduction des coûts dans le cadre de l'amélioration continue ;
- Vous travaillez au sein et en coordination avec une équipe de 20 personnes.

**Votre profil**:

- Vous possédez un diplôme d'ingénieur en génie mécanique, productique ou titre jugé équivalent, avec une spécialisation en Logistique internationale ;
- Vous possédez une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans une fonction similaire ;
- Vous connaissez très bien les normes ISO 13485 et les problématiques liées à la gestion des stocks en milieu médical ou pharmaceutique en flux tendu ;
- De langue maternelle française, vous parlez très bien l'anglais (C1-C2) ;
- Vous êtes une personne structurée avec un fort esprit analytique ;
- Personne de terrain, vous restez toujours prêts de vos équipes en communiquant aisément.
