**Description du poste**:
Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant to the CFO pour notre département Finances-Controlling.

Dans ce rôle, vos tâches principales sont les suivantes:

- Soutien au CFO dans les tâches administratives : courrier, correspondance en français, allemand et anglais, classement, archivage, gestion des dossiers et de l'agenda du CFO, suivi des délais, réalisation de présentations et organisation de réunions, etc.
- Coordination pour la rédaction des procès-verbaux des réunions des départements Finances-Controlling et Services Généraux
- Implication dans la préparation des séances du Comité d'investissements du Swatch Group : soutien pour l'établissement des CER Longines, enregistrement et suivi du processus de validation des CER via un logiciel informatique
- Participation à divers projets : suivi des budgets, etc.
- Gestion des contrats pour les mandats Longines pour les bâtiments, franchising, IT-Digital, maintenance, sponsoring et events via la plateforme Contracker
- Relations avec l'organisation patronale
- Envoi des formulaires pour les réunions de pré-budgets à chaque filiale et établissement du planning y relatif

**Profil**:
Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC dans le domaine commercial, idéalement complété par une maturité professionnelle ou titre jugé équivalent
Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée (5-9 ans) dans un poste similaire, au sein d'une entreprise internationale
Vous avez d'excellentes connaissances de la suite MS Office, incluant Teams
De bonnes connaissances juridiques de base sont un atout

Vous vous montrez organisé(e) et savez gérer les priorités
Vous disposez d'une bonne capacité de communication
Vous êtes consciencieux(euse)
Vous savez faire preuve de discrétion et avez un bon sens de la confidentialité

**Langues**:
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les langues française et anglaise, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de la langue allemande, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
