- In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our physician engagement strategy and activities, defining and driving programs to increase physician referrals, improve medical brand reputation, and increase physician touchpoints and interactions in relevant markets.**Your tasks**
- Define the overall strategy and key activities with regards to physician engagement in each market
- In collaboration with the Managing Directors and physician engagement teams in the Group Companies (GC’s), drive best practices to meet annual targets with regards to physician referrals
- In collaboration with Medical Marketing, create continuous funnels of resources to support physician engagement and enhance medicalization and brand reputation
- Develop and maintain the digital strategy for physician engagement globally, including the “For Physicians” web portal, educational webinars, newsletters, social media strategy, and other digital assets as needed
- Interface with Sonova brands (Advanced Bionics, Phonak, Uniron) to maximize physician marketing across the group
- Manage the physician engagement team to peak performance
- Establish and control project budgets, resources and targets against timelines
- Monitor and measure ongoing effectiveness of initiatives and redirect efforts when needed
- Maintain bowlers and regularly report on results and develop countermeasures to achieve targets
- Develop project status updates and report progress to ExCom, SteerCo and local MDs
- Prepare decision papers for SteerCo and local MDs

**Your profile**
- University degree in business administration or equivalent; a degree in audiology would be highly preferred
- 5+ years of working experience in healthcare marketing and physician engagement with experience in managing cross functional teams and projects
- Ability to analyze, understand and translate systems across functional divisions in a global group environment
- Ability to develop and implement integrated solutions across functional divisions
- Ability to engage and interact with all members of the Sonova Audiological Care (AC) community
- Ability to inspire and motivate direct reports, peers and colleagues to drive results
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel 30%
