**Senior Agile Coach**

**Aufgabe**:

- Du bist verantwortlich für die agilen Transformationen bei unseren Kunden und unterstützt Unternehmenseinheiten als auch Teams beim Aufbau einer agilen
- Arbeitsumgebung, um das kontinuierliche Lernen zu fördern
- Du erstellst ein Konzept und moderierst Workshops sowie Trainings, um die agilen
- Arbeitsweisen und deren Methoden zu vermitteln sowie erfolgreich anzuwenden
- Im Anschluss förderst du das Selbstmanagement der Teams und stärkst das eigenverantwortliche Arbeiten, erarbeiten von Organisations
- und Kollaborationsmodelle, du initiierst den stetigen Austausch und berücksichtigst dabei die individuellen Situationen im Projektumfeld
- Durch die stetige Zusammenarbeit und den Austausch mit anderen Agile Coaches und Teams, verbesserst du die Effektivität, Methoden und deren aktive Weiterentwicklung
- Du ermöglichst es den Teams, Hindernisse transparent zu machen und selbständig aufzulösen
- Du stellst ein individuelles Coaching auf allen Ebenen sicher und förderst die Umsetzung der neuen Arbeitsmodelle

**Qualifikation**:

- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) und mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Agile Coach, Scrum Master oder Product Owner
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Einführung von Agilität auf Team
- und Management-Level in grösseren Organisationen, idealerweise im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld wie Banken oder Versicherungen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit agilen Frameworks zum Beispiel Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS o.ä. -Zertifikate von Vorteil
- Versierter Umgang mit agilen Prinzipien, welche hinter den Practices verborgen sind und du kennst die kritischen Erfolgsfaktoren einer agilen Organisation
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in einer Consulting-Rolle mindestens 1-2 Jahre bzw. in 2-3 Projekteinsätzen
- Optimalerweise besitzt du eine hohe Kunden
- und Mitarbeiterorientierung und bist ein aktiver Networker, auch im Ausbau/Pflege der Geschäftsaktivitäten in der Schweiz
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch mit einem ausgeprägten Kommunikationsvermögen, Überzeugungskraft und du verstehst es Kunden und Mitarbeiter zu begeistern
- Flexibilität, Lösungs
- und Umsetzungsorientierung
